VGL to hire around 500 employees to sustain expansion

Jewellery retail entity Vaibhav Global (VGL) aims to achieve a 20 percent year-on-year growth in dollar terms in next three-four years, and expansion in the its product reach, reports say. To sustain this, the company is on a drive to increase its employee count by a huge 500 numbers, reports say.

The recruitment is being sought for hiring in India and abroad in 2014-15, reports suggest. It has a total staff of around 3,422, reports say. The recruitment will be across designations.

Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) is an electronic retailer of discount fashion jewellery and lifestyle accessories in the US, Canada, UK and Republic of Ireland. The Jaipur-based company retails through its own TV Shopping networks and its e-commerce websites in the US and UK. VGL Group, a listed company, is also engages in traditional B2B wholesale distribution through STS Jewels, serving various retail chains in USA and UK.
