Indian jewellery exhibitors at Vicenzaoro September 2026 reported steady interest from European buyers, as the Italian trade show brought together jewellery companies, retailers and buyers from international markets.
The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) supported an India Pavilion featuring 34 Indian exporters at the September edition. The participation was aimed at strengthening commercial engagement between Indian jewellery companies and European buyers.
India was among the largest international visitor markets at the show, alongside the UK, Germany, China and Romania. Overall attendance at Vicenzaoro September increased 4% from the September 2025 edition, while international attendance rose 9%. Visitors came from 136 countries, with European attendance also increasing 9%.
The show featured 1,300 exhibiting brands from 40 countries, with international exhibitors accounting for 45% of the total. Hosted buyer participation rose to 910 from 605 in the previous September edition, while delegations supported through the Italian Trade Agency programme represented 73 countries.
For Indian exhibitors, the European market remains an important destination for jewellery exports, particularly as buyers continue to source across international manufacturing centres. The India Pavilion provided participating companies with an opportunity to present their collections and engage with European retailers and trade buyers.
Vicenzaoro September 2026 also marked the first edition with the show's new Hall 2, adding capacity as the organiser expands its international strategy.
