Two mining majors - Petra Diamonds and Avocet Mining plan to be part of the main market of the London Stock Exchange, reports say. Currently the two entities trade shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which will be cancelled once their shares begin to trade on the main market.

Both expect to begin to be listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, wither beginning or after December 8, 2011, reports add.
