While acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of its outgoing President and CEO Dr. John Bristow, Rockwell Diamonds Inc. has informed that the company is seeking ‘an experienced senior executive as President and CEO who has equal financial and operational background’, as per the company’s senior corporate management growth strategy initiative started last year. Reports say that Dr. John Bristow has resigned from his active position of President and CEO. Until the new President and CEO is appointed, the COO and CFO ( who also were appointed as part of the strategy) are expected to report to a Board Committee. Dr. Bristow continues as Director and has been approached by Rockwell’s board to provide consulting services enabling continuity in the transition period.
