The classic relation between exclusive designer jewellery and the silver screen is documented once again, with a new jewellery collection GAJA by SABYASACHI designed especially for the latest Bollywood flick ‘Guzaarish’. The collection is an association between designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee and GAJA - a retail brand by leading Indian jewellery house Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (SGJHL). It is adorned in the film by lead actress Aishwarya Rai Bachhan.

SABYASACHI has lent a multicultural dimension to the collection with precious and semi precious gemstones like emerald, turquoise, coral, moonstone, amethyst ruby and other semi-precious stones, minakari and filigree designs, set in 18 K - 22 K gold. The Navratan necklace ( exhibiting a bridal look), Raindrop earrings, Coral Kanpashas, Rhodolite balis, Butterfly earrings, Minakari Bird ring and the Turquoise and Coral ring are part of the collection in the movie.

The jewellery has been manufactured at Shree Ganesh Jewellery House’s manufacturing unit at Manikanchan SEZ and is being retailed across the Sabyasachi stores in Kolkata & Mumbai. The collection is another effort between the Sabyasachi - SGJHL association which spans two years.
