Julie Lamb Bags the FGI 2022 ‘Rising Star’ Award in Fine Jewellery

The New York based designer was handed the FGI Award at a gala event

New York based Fashion Group International gave away its annual awards earlier this week and Julie Lamb won the ‘Rising Star’ Award in the fine jewelry category. Julie Lamb is a New York based jewellery designer who has been creating jewellery since childhood. A New York City native, Lamb attended the High School of Art and Design in Midtown Manhattan then went on to Syracuse University, where she graduated with a degree in metalsmithing. After school, Lamb went to work designing jewelry—both fine and fashion—for a broad range of companies, from family-owned businesses to big corporations. She launched 'Be Ewe' her own brand of fine jewellery in 2014 and Julie Lamb New York in 2015. Julie Lamb says, “My brand stands for individuality and encourages the wearer to 'Stand Out', 'Be Herd', 'Rock Your Flock', & 'Be Ewe'. Lamb accepted her FGI Rising Star award from Graff President and CEO North America Marc Hruschka.
