Kimberley Consolidated will prospect at Carter block

The Kimberley Consolidated Mining (KCM), a diamond mining company located in South Africa has been granted prospecting rights on the Carter block. Following which, KCM has announced its intent to be listed on the JSE, and has even identified the date of end of March.

KCM intends to undertake the mining projects in joint venture partnership like it did for the the Batloung exploration project in the Northern Cape. KCM had formed a joint venture with Batloung Mining Services with KCM’s stake being 70% of the profits from the mine. The company is at present, is in talks with the JSE-listed Trans Hex for a JV pertaining to the Carter block.
