At the Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA) Industry Summit on October 21, held at The St. Regis Toronto, renowned artist and jewellery designer Reena Ahluwalia donated her celebrated diamond painting, Pristine, to raise funds for the CJA. Valued at $5,000, the artwork served as the star prize in a charity raffle, ultimately won by Negin Tadayyon of C.D. Barcados Co. Ltd.

The summit, Canada’s premier jewellery industry event, was sold out, featuring a dynamic agenda filled with educational sessions led by top keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and a celebration of industry excellence with the CJA Awards, sponsored by the De Beers Group.

CJA Chair Angela Betteridge expressed gratitude to Ahluwalia for her generous contribution, stating, "The Canadian Jewellers Association is deeply grateful for your incredible support." Reflecting on the donation, Ahluwalia remarked, "I make art to bring joy, and when it can serve a meaningful cause, it’s incredibly fulfilling."

This year’s summit highlighted CJA’s commitment to fostering growth and unity within Canada’s jewellery industry, with Ahluwalia’s Pristine adding an inspiring touch of artistry and philanthropy to the event.
