The accreditation provides recognised retailers with the Premier Retailer Seal, a mark of distinction awarded to those who meet five key benchmarks: curated offerings of natural diamonds graded by top laboratories, rigorous staff education, exceptional in-store experiences, use of advanced diamond screening tools, and transparent ethical sourcing practices.

Retailers earning accreditation gain access to a suite of benefits, including third-party validation through the Premier Retailer Seal, eligibility for targeted digital campaigns, coverage on the website, in-store toolkits, exclusive diamond education resources, and invitations to VIP events under the Natural Diamond Club.

The program has already been piloted with Ben Bridge Jeweler and Lux Bond & Green, both reporting stronger digital engagement and greater clarity for consumers seeking trusted shopping destinations.

According to NDC, the initiative builds on five years of sustained consumer marketing efforts, helping retail partners outperform market cycles and reinforcing the value of natural diamonds in an evolving jewellery landscape.
