At the Fall/Winter 2026 women’s show in Paris, Louis Vuitton introduced a new jewellery direction under artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière, aligning accessories closely with the collection’s overarching “Super Nature” concept.

Presented at the Cour Carrée du Louvre on March 10, the collection positioned jewellery as an extension of narrative design, drawing on themes of nature, travel, and the Maison’s trunk-making heritage.

Jewellery pieces featured organic, sculptural forms inspired by natural elements such as minerals, wood, and animal structures. Buttons and decorative elements were designed to resemble polished stones, while metallic finishes and textured surfaces echoed raw geological formations.

A key highlight was the incorporation of nail-head motifs, referencing the hardware of Louis Vuitton’s historic trunks. These details translated into parure-style jewellery, reinforcing the brand’s core identity while reinterpreting archival codes for contemporary fashion jewellery.

The collection also demonstrated a strong emphasis on “hyper-craft”, combining traditional jewellery aesthetics with advanced production techniques. Experimental materials, including resin and 3D-developed components, were used to create jewellery that mimicked natural textures while maintaining a futuristic finish.

In line with the show’s broader direction, jewellery designs carried a nomadic and folkloric influence, aligning with garments that referenced alpine and travel cultures. Accessories were conceived as part of a complete visual language, rather than standalone adornments, reinforcing Louis Vuitton’s integrated approach to fashion and jewellery.

From a trade perspective, the collection highlights Louis Vuitton’s continued focus on design-led, statement jewellery, where storytelling, brand codes, and material experimentation drive differentiation. The emphasis on sculptural, high-impact pieces also reflects the growing role of fashion jewellery within luxury houses as a key category for visibility and consumer engagement.
