Belgian fine jewellery brand BAUNAT has launched a new jewellery collection designed in collaboration with Princess Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg, the artist daughter of the late King Albert II of Belgium. The collection was unveiled in November 2025.
The collaboration translates Princess Delphine’s artistic motifs into diamond jewellery, drawing inspiration from two of her artworks that prominently feature the rose as a central symbol. According to BAUNAT, the collection reflects themes of strength, protection and individuality, interpreted through floral-inspired designs.
The assortment comprises rings, pendants, earrings and a brooch, crafted in 18-karat gold and set with natural diamonds. All pieces are handmade in Antwerp, in line with BAUNAT’s manufacturing approach centred on local diamond craftsmanship.
BAUNAT has structured the launch as a limited “Collector’s Edition”, with the first eight pieces of each design individually numbered and engraved with Princess Delphine’s signature. Following this, the designs will also be available as an open edition without numbering.
Princess Delphine, who is known internationally for her contemporary paintings and sculptures, has previously exhibited her work across Europe and the US. This project marks her first formal collaboration in the fine jewellery sector.
For BAUNAT, the partnership aligns with its strategy of combining diamond jewellery with design collaborations, while reinforcing its positioning as a brand rooted in Antwerp’s diamond heritage.
