Satyug Gold Pvt Ltd, promoted by Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra, is likely to add more outlets across India.

As per the expansion plan, the company is likely to set up new 22 branches across south and north India. Presently, Satyug has 62 partner outlets and seven outlets of their own.

Meanwhile, Satyug which launched a gold plan wherein customers can buy gold from Rs 50 a day recently, was aiming at acquiring two lakh customers with a turnover of Rs 400 crore by the end of this financial year. The gold plan comes with a guarantee from IDBI Trustees & Brinks as safe-keepers while all due diligence and back office work for Satyug would be managed by Karvy Computershare.

The company sells gold coins of 24K with 999-purity of one gram, 2 grams, 5 grams, 10 grams, 20 grams and 50 grams are available for sale at the outlets and on its website.
