Anmol Jewellers has begun its first ever CRM initiative ‘Anmol Hug’. The initiative is an attempt to remind the Anmol Patrons that they are special as the brand believes that their clients are like their family.

With this smart initiative, Anmol is taking the KYC (know your customer) concept to a next level which will strengthen the bond shared between the customers and the brand with personalized rewards and benefits offered only to the privileged few who are a part of the Anmol Hug. Commenting on the initiative, Ishu Datwani, Founder, Anmol Jewellers says “We are a customer centric brand. Innovation and customer satisfaction have always been the two pillars of our brand. It was only a matter of time till we brought the two together and launched the ‘Anmol Hug’ initiative. The ‘Anmol Hug’ is our way of expressing our gratitude to our patrons & friends who have supported us through our 28 year journey to create the ‘Era of Design’.”

The ‘Anmol Hug Kit’ comprises of a Anmol Hug membership card, a personalised Anmol Hug welcome letter from Ishu Datwani, a personalised pen, a set of personalised gift tags, a set of personalised money envelopes, a set of personalised complimentary cards, a notepad and a note block.

The ‘Anmol Hug’ initiative was launched at the ‘Divas for Design’ event held in June 2014. Television actresses like Adaa Khan, Aashka Goradia, Rupal Tyagi and many more launched the program by giving a hug to Anmol Jewellers loyal customers followed by the ‘Anmol Hug Kit’.
