Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Ltd is considering buying diamond company Hearts on Fire Co., reports say. Chow Tai Fook views the acquisition would enable it to expand its offerings of high-end products as well as attract repeat customer purchase, reports say. The deal is expected to be worth US$150 million, reports add. Currently Heart on Fire has a product reach across 31 countries.
