Hearts On Fire has created a special design for the crown of the Miss Universe Australia Pageant. The design is an extension of its Illa Collection, reports say. The diamond brand is the official jewelry sponsor of the pageant, reports say.

The crown design features comets and star inspired jewelry and includes 631 perfectly cut diamonds weighing a total of 17 carats. The crown is valued over $150,000, reports say.

The winner of the pageant, Olivia Wells was crowned as Miss Universe Australia 2013 and was presented an Illa Comet Pendant as a gift from Hearts On Fire, reports say. The crown and diamond necklace, created by the brand's director of design, Ilaria Lanzoni, underline diamond stars as a tribute to Australia’s Southern Cross.
