Lazare Kaplan launches Application for the iPhone and iPad

Advancing in the mode of tech-savvy marketing, Lazare Kaplan International Inc. (LKI), has introduced “The Lazare Diamond - 4C’s” App for the iPhone and iPad. This new innovation serves retailers, suppliers as well as the end consumers. It provides educational support through its hands-on tutorial that informs about the 4C’s, and GPS capability to recognize local jewelers selling Lazare Diamond. The interactive screens allow users to compare the color of diamonds, carat weight, and learn the diamond clarity while viewing the microscopic inclusions and understand the brilliance of the ideal cut.

This application is free for download on iTunes and though a QR reader. The company will launch this application in the U.S., with further plans to translate it into Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Indian dialects and Arabic.
