A.S. Diamonds has booked its office space spanning around 6,000 sq. ft. in the International Gem Tower (IGT). The company, headquartered in New York, is internationally recognized and trusted diamond source, offering GIA certified, conflict-free diamonds in classic and unique cuts, colors and sizes. After signing the contract of sale, A.S. President Alain Spira shook hands with Gary Barnett, President of Extell.

"Gary has correctly identified the need for New York's diamond industry to be improved and upgraded," commented Mr. Spira. "The diamond district on 47th Street has been neglected and I sincerely hope that with this new building some of the old glory of 47th street will be restored." The 34-story IGT is currently under construction in New York's Diamond District and is expected to be completed by 2012.
