Tanishq launches online service for solitaires

Tanishg, the jewellery division of Tata Group, has launched an online service offering consumers to purchase solitaires. The service is named ‘Tanishq Celeste’, which guides the viewer to an online inventory of over 20,000 solitaires and allows one to pick a Tanishq Celeste solitaire from across the world, at the best price.

Mr. Sandeep Kulhalli, Vice President – Retail, Tanishq said, “It has always been difficult to find that choicest piece of precious stone. Considering the need and in sync with company’s philosophy to offer the best, exquisite and rarest of solitaires, we initiated the launch of Tanishq Celeste. In this online service, you will see a vivid and vast range of choices catered from 20,000 solitaires less than one roof. Also the advantage of choosing a precious stone online is that you can compare the solitaires based on price, shape and the 4 C’s of the solitaires and choose the your perfect solitaire at the best price and above all, you are assured of quality in our certified products. All Tanishq Celeste Solitaires come with a Certificate of Authenticity from Tanishq supplemented by GIA certification.’’

The service provides consumers with information on the carat, colour, cut, caratage, polish and symmetry of the solitaire, to help make informed purchases. Upon purchase, the consumer receives a Tanishq ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ supplemented by a GIA certification for every solitaire. Every Tanishq Celeste solitaire has a (UIN) Unique Identification Number, that helps retain the consumer confidence. The ‘Tanishq Celeste’ service is available only at select Tanishq retail stores.
