Pop diva Madonna is using diamonds to emphasise her make-up on stage, during her Sticky & Sweet 2009 tour. Her make-up artist is preparing to dress the icon’s eyelids with a combination of white shadow and flawless, crushed rose-cut diamonds, reports say.

Also, small diamonds adding upto two carats are going to be placed on the star’s brow bones, inspired by her hit number “Ray of Light.” The act of adding diamonds to make-up is a way of exploring new techniques in make-up and of highlighting the star appearance on stage, reports say.
