Altogether 19 new retail stores of Kohl's Department Stores have opened across 11 sites in the first quarter. The retailer has invested in creating around 3,000 jobs for local residents with these store launches. The 11 sites include Alaska, in Anchorage, and areas in: Tolleson, Arizona; Alameda, California; Fort Wayne Beach, Palm Bay and Royal Palm Beach, Florida; Wake Forest, North Carolina; Ocean and Newton, New Jersey; Buffalo, New York; and Riverton, Utah, Aurora, Colorado; Palm Coast, Florida; Canton and Milton, Georgia; Salina, Kansas; Seabrook, New Hampshire; Kyle, Texas; and Clinton, Utah.

The new stores have introduced design changes, redesigned jewellery departments and modernised the checkouts.
