Chopard, the luxury jewellery brand was a favourite pick amongst the A-list guests who attended the grand opening of Atlantis, The Palm on Palm Jumeirah - Dubai’s most recent luxury resort, built worth US$1.5 billion. Seen at the occasion were Hollywood celebrities like Robert De Niro, Charlize Theron, Kylie Minogue, Mary Kate Olsen and famous Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra.

Mary Kate Olsen adorned a pendant from the "Xtravaganza" collection, crafted in rose gold set with diamonds (3ct) and a necklace in white gold from "les Chaines" collection set with 40 diamonds - Chopard. She also chose a "Copacabana" ring set with briolette sapphires for a total weight of 46 carats and 115 diamonds.

Lindsay Lohan was seen with a set from the "Golden Diamonds" collection, while Priyanka Chopra chose to wear Chopard earrings from the "Haute Joaillerie" collection set with pear-shape diamonds (12 ct).

The event took place on 21 October 2008, amidst a celebration of US$20 million.
