In the wake of new restructuring of Kiran Gems group, the companies- Kiran Jewels Inc., Unique Design, SDIL, Prestige, which are from the USA and Kiran Export Hong Kong- from Hong Kong-will no longer remain Group Company of Kiran Gems Private Limited. This restructuring would technically end all the relations between the above named companies and Kiran Gems Pvt. Ltd, which continues to be De Beers GSS (International) Sightholder.

Post the restructuring, all entities would continue to function as normal independent businesses in their respective geographies. Among the companies mentioned above- Kiran Exports HK is in business of polished diamonds and others are Jewellery business. Kiran Export HK Ltd is also a 2 time award winner of GJEPC Highest importer- Far East.
