New diamond exploration projects approved by Angola govt.

Venture likely to generate annual revenues of $200 million

According to industry reports, Diamond exploration at Cacuilo and Lacage, in the eastern Moxico province, have been approved by Angola’s government.

The undertaking is expected to generate annual revenues of $200 million for the government and create 400 jobs. $20 million would be invested in the first stage of the project.
