Kalyan Jewellers plans to expand its retail presence to Kolkata, West Bengal, with three standalone showrooms to open on the same day, in the city, as per reports. The showrooms would occupy areas between 7000-10000 sq.ft. at Salt Lake, Gariahat and Camac Street.

The offerings in the showroom would deliver what Kalyan Jewellers has been reputed – variety of designs from India set in jewellery with polki, gold, diamond and precious stones along with the in-house brands. The range of the collection would be targeted for every shopper, including needs for everyday wear, festive or bridal wear. The jeweller views Kolkata to be receptive to jewellery tastes that are ethnic as well as contemporary, considering its ‘rich cultural fabric and evolved taste’, as per reports.
