Montblanc, being highly positive about the potential and opportunity in India for its products is launching stores here once again, in a joint venture with Titan, reports say. The entry is in line with Montblanc’s expansion strategy. Titan announced this joint venture with Maison Montblanc, as per reports.

Titan would set up retail outlets for Montblanc. Five boutiques will be launched in the next quarter across major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad.

At the boutiques to open in Mumbai and Delhi, the product offering would include Maison's writing instruments, fine jewellery for men and women and artisanal leather goods. A dedicated customer service centre will be operated by Titan for clients in India, as per reports.

Titan believes this would enable its customer base to experience a ‘unique luxury experience’. Montblanc retailed its products in India since 1990, distributed through Entrack International, and has terminated its contract with Entrack in 2014, as per reports.
