BVC Ventures is selected by Facebook for FB@Work

BVC Ventures has been selected by Facebook for its flagship product ‘Facebook at Work (FB@Work), making it among the first 300 companies globally and the third in India to be part of the venture.

FB@Work was available only to the U.S.-based 50,000+ employee corporations; it has invited select companies for testing FB@Work. The flagship service connects co-workers and colleagues through a separate Facebook service.

At BVC, FB@Work will act like an internal social network connecting employees at all levels in every city. Mr. Bhavik Chinai and Mr. Mandar Salkade commented “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to use Facebook as an internal collaboration network among all BVC employees and associates globally. The world’s largest social network recognising BVC is a proud moment for all of us.” FB@Work service will allow those within a company to share information on each other’s timelines and will act exclusive of the person’s Facebook account.
