Christie’s opens bidding process for Winter Jewels online auction

Christie’s has opened the bidding process for its Winter Jewels online auction and is accepting bids between 18 November through to 2 December 2014.

The Winter sale features over 100 pieces of contemporary jewels including a glittering array of over 40 multi-coloured rings and earrings, luxury watches and cufflinks, a basket of offerings to cater to cater to all ahead of the party season.

The jewels to be included in the sale come from the portfolio of designers like and jewellery houses such as Cartier, Bulgari, Chanel, Pomellato, Tiffany and Dior, along with newer names, including Sam Lehr, Pasquale Bruni and Artur Scholl. Amongst the sale highlights is an amethyst and enamel 'Leopard' ring, by Christian Dior (starting bid: £2,000), a pair of diamond chandelier earrings (starting bid: £4,000) and – for the men – an 18ct pink gold automatic 'Jules Audemars' wristwatch, by Audemars Piguet (starting bid: £3,000).

Starting bids range from low as £300 up to £6,000.
