This strategic move, announced on Monday, involves acquiring the remaining 50% interest from Canterra Minerals, marking a pivotal development in the company's expansion within the diamond mining sector.

The acquisition, valued at C$1.1 million and finalized through the issuance of 17.5 million common shares to Canterra, also includes a 1% royalty interest retained by Canterra.

Located approximately 400 km northwest of Edmonton, the Buffalo Hills project encompasses a substantial area known for its diamond-bearing kimberlites, positioning it as a promising asset akin to the renowned Fort à la Corne kimberlite fields in Saskatchewan.
