Informa Markets’ Jewellery & Gem WORLD (JGW) September is set to bring together more than 3,000 exhibitors from over 40 countries and regions across two Hong Kong venues from September 14–20, 2026.

The event will be divided between AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) from September 14–18 and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from September 16–20. Together, the venues will cover gemstones, diamonds, fine gems, pearls, finished jewellery, packaging, tools, equipment and jewellery technology.

At AWE, the Gemstones, Diamonds & Fine Gems, and Pearls+ fairs will focus on precious materials. HKCEC will host the Hong Kong, International and Fine Design shows, with the latter featuring jewellery incorporating rare and investment-quality gemstones.

Celine Lau, Director of Jewellery Fairs at Informa Markets, said: “You can’t judge a gemstone from a photo on a screen − the colour shifts in different light, the clarity reveals itself only in person.”

The fair’s programme will include the GEM+ Conference and the inaugural NextGen Coloured Gem Excellence Awards by Jewellery World Awards (JWA), alongside sessions covering sourcing, market positioning, regional trade collaboration, pearls, Fei Cui and diamonds.

According to Allen Xiang, General Manager for Jewellery at Informa Markets, September provides retailers with an opportunity to secure inventory for the holiday season while gaining visibility into trends expected to influence 2027.

Product highlights include fancy colour diamonds, coloured gemstones, pearls and nature-inspired jewellery. Exhibitors will showcase natural diamonds including a five-carat pear-shaped chameleon green diamond, alongside rubies, sapphires, emeralds, jadeite and South Sea pearls.
