Prior to joining Jewelers Mutual, Anderson served as Managing Principal of Growth Strategies at Baker Tilly US. Her career has been marked by leadership roles in professional services and entrepreneurship, where she played a pivotal role in enterprise-wide transformations. Her expertise in financial strategy and customer-focused solutions aligns with Jewelers Mutual’s mission to support and protect the jewellery industry.

Anderson holds professional certifications as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Chicago Booth Executive Education.
