A wedding dress made in fresh water pearls and real diamonds, and costing £4million, was showcased at the London Fashion Week. The dress was part of designer Julien Macdonald’s collection, which also featured slim-fitting pencil dresses, ruffled swimsuits and babydoll shift dresses designed around the theme of flowers mixed with tattoos, reports say. The designer noted his creations were based on his inspiration of a mermaid living in a tropical sea dreaming to be with a very handsome man and so she collects treasures of the seas to create her dream wedding dress, of diamonds, pearls, expense, lace, glamour, reports say. The dress depicts the bride’s aspirations of celebrating her most important day to the best.

The bridal dress earned much audience applause at the Fashion Week, at the Royal Opera House. The Fashion Week would host over 170 designers.
