Sarin Technologies has announced that following the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 30th December, 2013 and the approval obtained from the Registrar of Companies of Israel on 20th January, 2014, the name of the Company has been changed to ‘Sarine Technologies Ltd.’ with effect from 21st January, 2014.

The Company has arranged with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) to change the name of its trading counter on the Main Board of the SGX-ST to Sarine Technologies Ltd. which will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on 27th January, 2014.
