The health, safety, environment, and quality systems at Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. were recently re-certified to the highest international standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Services (OHSAS).

External audits were conducted by Det Norske Veritas Certification Inc. (DNV) at two locations - Diavik mine site and at Diavik's Yellowknife operations.

The ISO re-certifications performed once in three years after two annual surveillance audits, assessed Diavik's key business systems, procedures, and processes, and a compliance evaluation.
