5th Only Watch auction churns revenues over $6.85 million

At the close of the fifth edition of the Only Watch auction, churned revenues worth over $6.85 million, a record, which ultimately will benefit Duchenne muscular dystrophy, reports say. The auction is a biennial platform and was held this year on September 28 at the Hermitage Hotel in Monaco. It is part of the Monaco Yacht Show.

There were over 33 watch brands offering one-of-a-kind watches for the event. The watch brands included names like Backes & Strauss, Bell & Ross, Chanel, Chopard, Harry Winston, Hublot, Montblanc, Patek Philippe amongst others, reports say. Apart from watches, the auction also lined up 14 vintage champagne bottles for sale.
