DDI appoints Rory More O'Ferrall as its honorary vice chairman

Diamond Development Initiative (DDI) has appointed Rory More O'Ferrall as its honorary vice chairman. Rory More O'Ferrall has served De Beers for 36 years and retired in 2007, having played the role of was director of external affairs. Currently, he works as a private consultant towards international and governmental relations, public and private partnerships, conflict prevention and resolution and corporate social responsibility.

In his new role at DDI he will concentrate on enhancing DDI’s corporate relations.
