The Diamond Trading Company�s (DTC) February sight, the second sight of the 2007, indicate little change in assortment or price.

Estimates for the sight fit a value range of between $650 million to $680 million.

At the end of 2006, the DTC provided sightholders with the first half 2007 Intention to Offer (ITO) and in many cases the ITO level was reduced, as per trade reports.
