Officials from Tanzanian government to attend ICA 2013 Congress

As announced by officials from Tanzania’s Ministry of Energy & Minerals, a government delegation headed by Deputy Minister Hon. Stephen Masele and including Mr. Ally Samaje, Commissioner for Minerals; Mr Benjamine Mchwampaka, Assistant Commissioner for Minerals and Hon. Philip Marmo, Tanzanian Ambassador to China, will attend the ICA Congress in Changsha.

Tanzania is endowed with different species of coloured gems and has become one of the leading gemstone nations in Africa. At the time of ICA 2013 Congress, the Tanzanite delegation will also visit the International Gemstone Culture and Creative Industrial Park as part of the initiative of Changsha National Economic & Technical Development Zone in partnership with ICA.
