Royal Asscher has entered into a 10-year initiated a strategic alliance with Sparkle Roll Group Limited, effective 1 February 2013, thus expanding its reach in China and Macau. Sparkle Roll Group is a company traded on the Hong Kong stock exchange (SEHK: 970) and a leading distributor of top-tier luxury goods in China.

The agreement is carries the option to be renewed for another 10 years. Mr. Edward Asscher, President of Royal Asscher said, “Our cooperation with Sparkle Roll has grown because we trust Sparkle Roll to be a successful brand manager for us in the China. We have established a firm foothold in the Japanese market for 45 years where we supply 125 jewelers. Next to the US and European markets, the PRC is the fourth greatest market for our 159 year-old Asscher family company. We believe that Sparkle Roll's market leadership and extensive distribution network will help expand our reach across the broad spectrum of target audiences in the China and thus reinforce our presence in the market.”
