Expanding its reach in the Indian state of Gujarat, Kalyan Jewellers opened a 15,000-sq.ft showroom in Vadodara, its third in the sate after creating presence in Ahmedabad and Rajkot, reports suggest. Inaugurating the showroom was Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

The company plans expanding further with the launch of another six showrooms by the end of March 2013, reports add. It already operates 44 retail outlets.
