Signet, which acquired Ultra Diamonds recently, is considering to convert all the Ultra retail outlets into Kay Jewelers Outlets, reports say. The current base of Kay Jewelers outlets is 26 and the name transition will create over 100 Kay stores, reports add. The renaming process has begun and expected to be completed in two years.
