BDMA appoints its first executive director

The Botswana Diamond Manufacturers Association (BDMA) has chosen its first executive director – appointing Pauline Paledi-Mokou to the role. Paledi-Mokou holds local, regional and international experience in human resources, change management and strategic leadership. Her noteworthy expertise come from her works at - Botswana Development Corporation (BDC), Southern African Development Community Regional Food Security Training Programme (SADC-RFSTP) in Harare, Zimbabwe and at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London serving there as advisor to the governor to the Turks and Caicos Islands, West Indies.
