Paz expresses condolence to people of Japan

Says WFDB extends full support to the Tokyo Diamond Exchange

World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) President Avi Paz sent his condolences and offered complete support of the WFDB to the Tokyo Diamond Exchange, as Japan gets back on its feet from the disastrous earthquake and tsunami. Paz said, that the global diamond business was with the people of Japan, and that "Our hearts go out to the people of Japan at this terrible time, particularly to the families of those who have perished.” To his knowledge members of the Japanese diamond trade had been spared from the natural disasters. "The WFDB is a global family and we all come together at times like these. On behalf of the WFDB, I would like to send my heartfelt best wishes for a speedy recovery," Paz concluded.
