A LeBron James pendant bought at a yard sale for $5 turned out to be worth around $10,000, when tested by the International Gemological Institute. Vaneisha Robinson, a woman from Ohio, bought the jersey-shaped pendant considering it as a costume jewellery piece and would wear it to high school. The pendant upon appraisal by the IGI turned out to be of 14-karat white gold with more than 2 carats of diamonds. The number 23 jersey reads 'King' on the front and 'James' on the back.

Robinson has listed the pendant on eBay.
