Roskin Gem News Report is an online magazine launched by graduate gemologist and author Gary Roskin. Roskin holds a work portfolio with Gemological Institute of America (GIA), has over three decades of laboratory diamond grading, supervising, training, monitoring and reporting experience. He has written the book entitled Photo Masters for Diamond Grading and currently works at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York as an adjunct professor of gemology.

His new venture, the e-magazine caters to both the trade and consumers with information on gem discoveries, product launches, cutting styles, gem art, identification and disclosure of treatments, and synthetics and imitations. The literature will also educate the reader on ethical business practices, as also interesting facts and challenges.

The Report will incorporate 10 gem portals: Diamonds, Colored Gems, Pearls, Estate Jewels, From the Web, From the Trade Media, From the Consumer Media, On Television, For fun and Quiz of the Week.

The media portals will incorporate information from trade and consumer magazines along with television channels.
