Reliance Jewels is planning to launch another 20-25 new stores during the current fiscal year, across metros and Tier II cities. For this, it will deliver a product base of over 20,000 jewellery designs crafted in gold, diamond and for bridal wear; and a strong mix of merchandising, pricing and location.

According to reports, the company believes the market is showing signs of improvement in the branded jewellery segment, which has prompted its expansion plans. At present, there are 12 Reliance Jewels’ stores in India, including nine standalone and three shop-in-shop retail formats. Reliance Jewels is the jewellery retail arm of the Reliance Retail group.
