Novori had decided to rename itself to Aeon Holdings on January 6, 2009 and has effectively implemented this yestarday. The renaming followed a merger between the two companies Novori and its subsidiary Aeon, and accordingly, the stick symbol of Novori on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board will be changed to AEOH.OB.
