Shrenuj & Co., a diamond and diamond jewellery manufacturing company has appointed former Vice Chairman and MD of HDFC Ltd. - Keki M Mistry, as an independent director. His appointment is believed to assist the company’s focus in corporate governance, in turn benefiting the Shrenuj stakeholders.

Mistry holds a portfolio of working at HDFC Ltd since 1981, is on the board of IL&FS Ltd and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, among others. He has also served in his profile on consultancy assignments to the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) in Thailand, Mauritius, the Caribbean Islands and Jamaica.
