Rio Tinto Diamonds plans to organise a world viewing of its 24th Argyle pink diamond tender, across leading diamond cities. The tenders refer to 65 pink diamonds, of the varieties of purplish reds, intense and vivid pinks and three stones of rare violet colour.

The programme will initiate at Perth, during the week, followed by New York during September 2-5, London during September 9-11, Hong Kong during September 15-20, Tokyo in September 24-26 and Sydney from October 1-2.

The company said that it would continue to process its Pink diamonds in Western Australia.
