The forthcoming India International Jewelry Show (IIJS), will be hosting the Israeli diamond industry for the first time. An Israeli Diamond Industry Pavilion will be set up at the exhibition grounds, where 24 participants from the Israeli diamond manufacturing and export sectors will present their products in loose diamonds and diamond jewellery collections. The IIJS is scheduled for August 7-11, at the NSE grounds in Mumbai.

The Israel Diamond Institute Group of Companies (IDI) has created the pavilion. The IDI intends to allow Israeli companies to explore business opportunities in India, a growing market. IDI Chairman and Israeli Diamond Manufacturers Association President Moti Ganz, cited that India besides being an indulgent market for purchase of jewellery has recently seen immense industrial and economic development, which further would propel consumer markets for diamond jewellery.

IDI will create a separate booth within the Israeli pavilion, to inform visitors and exhibitors about the Israeli diamond industry and its potential advantages. The IDI will also be open to register industry members to their portal.

This will be the 25th showing of the IIJS new developments like the participation of the Israel Diamond Industry is sure to make it memorable.
