diamond world news service

Chopard jewellery is likely to feature on the cover of Hard Candy, Madonna’s expected new album release. Madonna will be seen wearing the ‘Happy Diamonds’ cross and a diamond knuckle ring designed by Chopard Co-President Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele.

The ring has been customised with 258 brilliant-cut white diamonds and a Chopard signature mobile diamond set in the flourish of the letter M. The ring is crafted in the spirit of Hard Candy, as described by Madonna to be a "a juxtaposition of tough and sweetness" narrating her hip-hop pseudonym, "M-dolla,." Chopard has been a jeweler by choice for Madonna since 2005, when Madonna's Confessions on a Dance Floor album was released. She was seen wearing a Chopard designed iconic pavé diamond "Hung-Up" necklace.
